CU+ http 504 error

Re: CU+ http 504 error

I sadly agree. Doesn't seem that they care all that much anymore. And what with the premium price being more than fast fibre and netflix, I would have thought they'd put a bit of effort in.

I remember the old forum early days, when the tech guys would even chat to us via Skype IM... how times have changed, and gone backwards.

Re: CU+ http 504 error

Time will be the judge, again, but this time too much else is wrong MC so hope for your sakes you take this thread's info seriously enough. Would be nice for your customers as well, but as we know that's seldom a consideration  :-/

@andrewgerm  - in case you've missed it, this forum was specifically designed in the end to muzzle us, managers aren't present anymore and even links to get here were later removed. Feedback is quite rare with anything serious now.

(Best to forget your hopes elsewhere for higher tech products as well now, they're currently mostly just interested in the mass sub-premium market these days, and now cutting corners everywhere without thought for the consequences.)

Re: CU+ http 504 error

It certainly doesn't seem like anyone is working on it. How many weeks have been all been posting here? Giving information, and trying to assist? Not a single word from MC in that time. Nothing... And to repeat what the others have said here "working on it" is a poor boilerplate excuse that feels to us all that you don't care.

Give us feedback. Tell us what you've found. Even ask us a question, if that would help. But we all pay an exorbatent fee for this service, and we are NOT getting what we pay for. This type of issue should have lasted a day, at most. Not go on and on.

So, if no one at this level at MC is going to repond, then perhaps someone higher up needs to? Or, perhaps there are those who are "working" on the issue, who actually are not able troubleshoot and fix it? If this is the case, then a new, dedicated team, should be assigned to those. Any issue that takes more than a few days should become a priority, with dedicated persons on it.

There should be a high level operator that this type of issue can be referred to when it happens.

There should actually have been a high priority dedicated workgroup working solely on this years ago - and reporting directly to top management on a weekly basis. That is the level this should have reached by now.

if you say so... and btw... you've been fixing this for years. As I've mentioned, you're not communicating with us...  "working on a fix" week in , week out  just doesn't cut it any more

Re: CU+ http 504 error

hmmm. I'm not sure that is true. I've been dealing with your call centre for four days on this issue and they are completely clueless (more so than usual).
