Go the Catch Up and go to Series and press options and then change it from Ready to watch to All it worked for me and everything is working 100%

Have had MC activate the PVR function. IF you have you would be charged an extra R90 per month access fee. If this is the case the PVR function may not have been properly activated and you will have to contact MC to rectify.

We have a DSTV explorer and when we try to catch up we get a message that says the decoder is not a PVR. But it has been working all along. Please help. See attached

My “show” option is blanked out and cannot be selected

Hi, I’ve tried your advice above but when I push the options button the show option is blacked out.... I have no series episodes at all they all say box set

Hi Geoffth - go to CU, scroll to series and press the "options" button - scroll to show and change it to "ready to watch". Then check if you're normal CU is loading.

Jeez DSTV know how to right royally f*** CU up.

 

I am so the hell in.  Words cannot describe how I feel about this incompetent bunch that say they actually "work" there.
