When you call the call centre, ask to be put through to an Xtraview Specialist. They are the only ones who appear to know how to or have the authority to fix up PVR errors.

What is XV specialist? And where do I get 1? Do I need to call? Please can you send me the number if I have to call.

Your service has not been properly activated. Only MC can correct this. Ask for an XV specialist because normal operators appear to not have the authority to fix this error.

All of a sudden we are not able to catchup anymore. We getting the attached error
