Cya, what concerns many of us is why the people in charge of that team don't have catalogue updates on a daily list of things to check given its endless problems, and why they aren't being held accountable in failing to keep it under control and therefore adding to the customers' bad experiences.
Surely MC want to keep their customers??
And Showmax having taken over the running of the department (to some degree?) doesn't seem to have helped at all...

Checked but the timeframes for updates has been inconsistent or delayed but have raised a concern with the team. More feedback ought to follow.
I've since seen that my Explora 1's CU+ catalogue finally updated @ 12:04, so I suggest checking the titles that "have arrived" again.
"...CU+ is not updating again on some or all Exploras." noted that as well. Still, we are waiting for feedback on why that has been since the beginning of the year.

And although I don't want to interfere, surely you (or the techies assisting you) know that tuner 3 has got nothing to do with CU+ ?
