6 Channels & 1 Sport channel

Hi,

I am only getting the free to air channels on DSTV Now but I have DSTV Premium. Why is this and how do I fix this?

Are you getting free-to-air channels only?. Please send us a screenshot of the available channels on your DStv Now App.

Please advise if there is a problem with the DStv Now App as it has only 6 channels in the all channels tab and 1 Sport channel?
