Luke7777 is correct by stating that there is on app involved on a PC, do you get the same error when using DStvNow app from your mobile device?
On a pc/laptop, you just go to now.dstv.com... no app involved

May be a good idea to uninstall the app and re install.

i am able to login to dstv now on my laptop but i get a message loading for hours on end.
how do i deregister and re-register dstv now
