We are also experiencing the same problem; channels such as 111, 116, 120, 135, etc. are not showing anything except the information bar at the bottom. Some of these channels only shows a frozen picture of the previous channel you were on prior to selecting the following channel. Please help. This has now been going on for 3 weeks and I have done all the different reboots as suggested by DSTV Helpline.
I am having the same issue after having upgraded to the Dstv Explora. My devices are linked to the smart cards we have.

We have noticed since the weekend there's some channels missing from DStv Now. Actually almost all of them are missing. I have attached a screenshot showing the channels we've got. We are on the premium package.
The guy at the DStv shop says it is DStv side that is the problem.

Yes. Nontsiki_DStv1 sent me a private message. "Please PM me your smartcard number and email address used for your Connect ID. Thanks. " . Resolved it from there in the backend.
Have you managed to get this issue resolved? I’m experiencing similar problems with my DStv now app. I have also tried to resolve this issue with no luck, unfortunately.
This looks like the free bouquet available to people without DStv subscriptions.
Is your smart card still linked to your DStv Now account?
