Back story...I got a new cellphone. De-linked my old cell and installed the app on my new phoneS10+). Since the beginning of May I'm having de-register issues with my app. When I open my app i get another device is using the same details error. I do the live chat thing and they de-register some other user and register my device...then 2-3 days later I have the same issue...We do the same song and dance and I get promised it's sorted and won't happen again, but then it happens again. For some reason there is a strange email linked to my app/devices on your system. That is/was/never has been a email I used. It was supposibly removed a 3rd time, but the same email gets linked somehow to my device. I have changed the password for the app/via browser, but still iut happens....How can this be sorted out permanently??????????????
