Dstv now channels missing

My dstv now channels too are missing.

What has happened on DSTV Now with the LiveTV options? I only have 5 arb channels to select. What happened? I've tried reaching DSTV on the Live Chat channel, but no one is manning this channel, no response after 50+ minutes
