Had to change password via forgot password option.
DStv live chat consultant helped me to re-register my known devices that had been replaced by unknown rogue devices? Presumably my connect ID was hacked and my devices removed by someone wanting to use my account to gain access to DStv now.
I understand that you think I’ve just mistskenly entered the incorrect password -
but I haven’t and don’t want to reset my password using the forgot password option because that would mean changing the password in all my devices - that is unnecessary because I have not forgotten the password
