Will this issue never go away? Surely there must be something specific causing it to which a permanent solution can be found?

Hello @Grace_DStv1 I am having a similar issue with my DSTV. I'm trying to add my device with my smartcard number and I am getting this prompt "Smartcards already linked to other profile."
