It WAS only one device.
It's back on now though.
Just hope it won't go off again like before.
Hi @JimmyNii, are you having the issue on one device or all your devices? Kindly provide us with the Connect ID for the device which gives you the error. On the app, go to Settings. Manage Devices> Device ID. Please copy that and send this through to us.
Please I am having same problem. I tried adding my iPad but the message was the device is currently registered to another user. Kindly help delete. Thanks
