All of a sudden my account with email address email@example.com was 'delinked' from the smartcard number 1031 1552 615.
When trying to 'relink' online the code to link never arrives on the phone number specified.
Can this please get relinked?
Please can you deregister my device:
This is a new device and it's never been registered so I don't understand why I can't link it.
