It seem all help with my problem have now lost its momentum. It is now almost a month since I last have been able to access CU+ on The Explora 2A

I have taken and send Strini one of the Mods on the old forum some time ago of my Pace 2P SD PVR at the time I had rebooting problems many moons ago so I don't  think it would be a problem doing it on the Explora so just PM me a email address I can send it to. 
I will do that screen shot for you now.

Will you be able to collect logs from the decoder for us using a USB?

 

If so, please do the following:

  • Remove the power cable
  • Remove the USB Wifi Connector
  • Insert the power cable
  • Go to “Help > General Information > Connectivity Status”
  • Take a picture
  • Remove the power cable
  • Insert the USB Wifi Connector
  • Insert the power cable

 

Once we have the MAC address from the Connectivity Status screen our techies will generate a debug token and send instructions on how to collect the decoder logs.

Just an update form my side 

CU has currently 430 assets downloaded and judging from the VOD status  of the Explora 3A still an way to go to reach the 611 assets downloaded reflected on the 3A

CU+ VOD Status is still unchanged at 0 assets down loaded and the other info showing not available

Managed to use my Tablet to access the DStv website and my account. 

Managed to reset my Showmax password and can now confirm that Showmax is working. We are watching a Strick Back  episode now

There is someting wrong with the DStv website I cannot access my account from my laptop.

I think that my problem lies with my profile on your website. Further down this thread Krugie and me compared screen shots of the sign in screens to the DStv website. I can sign in using for instance the TV Guide but when I switch to self help I cannot use any of the features it Give me a message that I  am not signed in but there is no sign in option only the option to register. When  use the register option it just kicks me back to the screen that say I am not signed in sign in or register . 🥵🤬
