If the decoder is working and connected to an SLNB so that all 3 tuners are active, check for a software update. That normally forces the date to correct itself even if no sw update is available. If the sw update process starts DO NOT interrupt it and wait for it to complete.

 

Otherwise, just reboot the decoder and wait. That should also after a few minutes ( up to a full 24 hours) get the clock reset to the correct value.

EXPLORA 3

I recently bought an Explora 3 which is used as an Extraview, however the date on the decoder is incorrect and I am unable to record any programs. Please can someone assist me.
