Explora auto tune error

The auto tune problem was back again yesterday. I set a auto tune for the f1, carte blanche and the movie following carte blanche. The autotune for the f1(15h05) only occured at 19h00. The carte blanche(19h00) auto tune only occured at 20h05 and the movie autot tune (20h05) only happened after the movie finished at 22h35. Channels were 206 and 101

You know what is going to happen.  Regardless of whether the decoder is "faulty" or not, it will be replaced. So before you make that move, watch all the content you really want to watch on the decoder.

@Kagiso_DStv1 I did as you said did a factory reset. No change in the autotune department 😔

@JeanP and @Charnea, please do a reset to factory defaults without formatting the hard drive and then set new reminders to confirm. Note that this is a normal reset to factory default, do not format the HDD as it will clear everything (recording and Catch Up) and you'll need to start afresh.
