Explora not working today?

If your Explora doesn't tune into any channels after its maintenance reboot, read on...

Also, if any other decoder is giving slow motion or pixelation type trouble on a channel...

 

MC are busy with a major authentication adjustment, a couple of us have been monitoring it for a couple of nights already and they're not done yet!

 

Explora;

After a few minutes, reboot by pressing and holding the power button on the Explora's front panel.

You should then be able to watch channels again ( then displays "Watching" instead of "Exploring" on the info-plate for the channel being viewed).

I suggest then doing a retune - that option is in the home network sub-menu.

 

Other decoders;

older models - just do a reboot.

more modern models - do the separate retune.
