Remote Recording has stopped working. Clunky workaround.

What has changed recently on Remote Recordings? My online "My DSTV" has my two decoders correctly linked to my profile, specifically(1) an HD Singleview and (2) an Explora 2A. I cannot schedule a remote recording on my Explora when both are linked. It sends me to a 'Get Connected' page.


But...if I unlink my Singleview decder from my profile, the Explora is listed first, and THEN I can then successfully schedule a remote recording on the Explora.

 

One cannot swap order of the listed decoders around. Computer says no.

This is a new issue, Remote Recording worked fine 6 weeks ago.
