It happens, and most of the times resolves itself , after a couple of days. Look at my posts towards the end in this thread

Mine sometimes lists as working and sometimes doesn't. It's not stable as far as I can tell. Not sure if the error lies on my end or DSTV's.
OUr Remote recordings have stopped working. Explora is connected perfectly and nothing has changed. I have attached a pic. I have turn remote recordings off then on again, no difference
