Hi @JulesSA, please check if the signal strength and quality on tuner 2 and 3 is not fluctuating from a higher percentage to a lower percentage within a minute or two. We also need to send a command for the PVR functions, after that you'll need to soft reboot your decoder. Kindly send us your ID number via PM.

Also, every time you reboot you are probably interrupting one of these downloads which might then not ever be played out again. Smiley Tongue

All the shows and other CatchUp as well as BoxOffice content probably have to be downloaded to your decoder again. MC has a certain schedule used to download all of this - one at a time - so some older content might not be played out again (or played out often) and are therefor less likely to re-appear. I don't think there is any guarantee you will get all the content back but all new content should be fine.

Catch up skipping episodes

Hi there,

Our Catch Up is skipping episodes from certain shows since we were reconnected (were disconnected for about 2 hours).

It took a couple of days to load all shows and now there are episodes missing. The Handmaid's Tale goes from episode 2 straight to 5. Big Little Lies is showing 1,2 and 5. And so on. We have been rebooting several times without any success. How can we resolve this?
