That is precisely the problem.
The call centre personnel regularly fail to correctly activate PVR facilities on secondary decoders, especially for persons who do not have Premium packages.
I reported this particular issue numerous times myself. Typically, when a decoder or SC is replaced, pure carelessness causes this.
Worse, one can phone in and ask for this to be fixed without success.
I have even experienced personnel who will argue that you are not entitled to use PVR facilities if you are not on Premium.

Would someone at MC please fix this error. I don‘t get why this type of error hasn‘t been answered with a process yet. Has been happening to hundreds of customers for years now.
