@Grace_DStv1  Yes. I've tried that AND removing and re-installing the app. Like I said there is even an issue on the dstv now website. You can see for yourself. Try streaming ITV channel and see how it buffers. Open any other channel, no buffering.

@Grace_DStv1  Any news on the fix? Streaming that channel via the website, now.dstv.com/livetv, is also buggy. It's very slow and buffers a lot. Other channels work fine. I have a very fast fiber connection so the issue is not on my end.

I'm getting an error 404 when playing ITV channel. Other channels I've tested seem to work fine.

I'm using a xiaomi mi box and the latest dstv now app to-date 26 May 2019.

Can someone tell me what's wrong here? People at dstv, can you fix this?
