Thanks for responding, I do appreciate it. I actually managed to get this changed by calling the call centre in the end, so will wait and see if that was done correctly - hopefully so.
Seeing as we're being steered towards doing things online and with self-service options, thought I'd let you know that we tried to change our email address using the option to do so on our profile on dstv.com. Attempts to do so resulted in "an error occurred, please try again later". No further details.
Tried with Firefox and Edge browsers. I've gathered that DSTV/MC staff don't seem to read most of our posts on this forum, but if anyone from there does read this post please look into this. In general, your online sites are rather poorly designed and don't work very well, which is an issue if we're supposed to be using them more in future.
