Just tested E16 on my 2nd Explora, no problem. Via the app and browser (Chrome)

This still does not work for me. Is no-one else experiencing this problem?

If I try to clear errors on my either of my active decoders through the self-service facility I get an error.
The error occurs as soon as I click on "Clear Error Code" before a list of error codes is displayed.
The same is true on the web portal and the app...
