When I try to link my DSTV to my profile it also notes that my smartcard is linked to another profile

I tried upgrading my package today and found the below after signing in:
You have not linked any DStv subscriptions to your profile yet.
After trying ty link the smartcard:
Smartcards already linked to other profile.
I have the same problem and no answers. I have been asking for help for the past week...
Could you please assist me. My smartcard is linked to an unknown profile. When I try to link it with my DSTV connect it says that it is linked to another profile. I have called the call center they indicate they cannot help me.
