PAYMENT VIA SELF SERVICE

Since 29 July 2018 I am unable to make subscription payment via the self service (Pay-U) portal on DStv's website.  I tried from my cell phone, my laptop, desktop PC, Hubby's phone - nothing.  As soon as one needs to click on Pay-U's "continue" button an error code flashes in red "underlying connection has closed with error on send" (?).  Any help?

Hi @sankie, we are currently having issues with PayU, the matter has been escalated and we will let you know as soon as we have feedback, in the meantime please consider other methods of payment.~

Maybe related, I don't know - I and others in the queue had problems withdrawing cash last night from two Standard Bank ATM's, they approved it then it failed due to a system tech error. (An Absa ATM did work.)

SB was working again just now.
