Is anyone else finding dstv's service as bad as i do? I have applied for price lock more than a week ago. The lady on the phone helped me and took down all my details and bank acc number and approved the deal for me over the phone. Since then i have not heard a single word from dstv. After a week and 2 days, finally my account got active but still nobody was able to tell me what is going to happen next or give me any information. The lady over the phone was rude amd did not help at all. Still in the dark an not knowing if i am ever going to get dstv. Perhaps they dont need more customers.
