Hi Grace - I do want to keep the PVR active for recordings and put in the request to downgrade my package online next week so the action is sheduled to take place on my billing date for June.  I trust all this can be done online ?


Please  post how succesful you were downgrading on line without messing up PVR functionality.

My most recent attempt at changing packages about 4 months ago was a complete disaster.

It would be really refreshing to find it actually works now.

@DigitalFan - Correct. All of this can be done online, without interrupting your PVR functions.

On the old forum you would have been able to PM the correct person and get almost immediate action.

I suggest you phone the call centre to get the downgrade done. Make sure after the package has been changed, that you still have PVR facilities activated by asking the call centre to confirm that your PVR access is still activated.

Package Downgrade ?

Hi - I am planning to downgrade my package but still keep my PVR active for recordings - which is the best way of instructing Multichoice of my decision - call centre - online -PM ( I read that you have to post five times before using PM's)
