Re: DSTV Now endless buffering.

Its NOW December 2019 with endless buffering to both live and taped shows on DSTV.

I have uncapped high speed and expensive router technology but it is now decidely the technical setup of DSTV (never used to be) that is the cause behind the constant buffering blurred receotion and sometimes no picture at all.  Generally though a pretty **bleep**ty streaming option. Better to go VPN.

If anyone from DSTV is reading this this you would better off closing down your streaming option because it just aint working and seems to be getting worse by the day. With this type of service delivery you are doomed.

Experiencing the same issue. Cant forward even and then Dstv goes blank and exit and you have to start from scratch. So if you were watching a movie for 30 minutes already and it bombs out, then you have to start from the beginning, without being able to return to your previous position. Super frustrating!!!!!!

Would be better if you post in the correct forum .   Doesn't mean you'll get help from MC there either Smiley Happy

Re: DSTV Now endless buffering.

Started to experience the same buffering (freezing every 3rd second). It cannot be a speed issue as I stream other online (and HD) services with no problem at all.

Curious if there has been a moderator from DSTV that actually responded to this forum in the past weeks?

@Grace_DStv1 any update?????????
