@Optimist, thanks for your input regarding changes to the DStv Community Forum. We truly appreciate your feedback.
We'll forward your post for consideration.
One forum section strangely still missing is Broadcast Errors, especially for EPG (Guide) errors.
Given how much feedback we have had from Mods here, it's clear MC do want to help to that extent (or maybe that's also changed now?)
Anyway, that must surely include the EPG, it's about the most important service tool and that's all too often in need of attention. One of the main reasons I still come here.
A response to this post would be appreciated, many thanks.
We heard you and have made the changes. :-) Together, we are determined to improve the experience! Keep them coming... you suggestions and constructive feedback is welcome!
Since this forum is now primarily considered a help-each-other platform, consider allowing senior Forumites to make stickies, at least for tech needs.
How to determine seniority at this stage? Well, maybe based on past forum efforts and ability, with others added as they are recognised or recommended.
Please note that this does not indicate any intention on my part to assist here, I'm not at this stage and currently doubt this could change.
However, under these changed circumstances if you were to allow seniors to have a financial sponsor message in their signatures it may encourage their more serious involvement.
Thank you for the work done so far and the additional sections.
When can we expect some work done on the functionality issues we have reported?
And BTW, a whole new batch of functionslity issues have been introduced with the new sections added, broken "back" links, misdirected links etc.

You may have noticed some positive changes to the structure of the DStv Community Forum? This is ALL ODE to our members who have made valuable suggestions around the limitations of the initial discussion structure. We have listed all suggestions and are working through them with the Lithium team to ensure that we make the necessary changes to enhance your experience.
Note that we now have a "Technical Help" section where you can post your technical related questions/challenges. Our "What's On" discussion has been tailored to add various genre's of content. We know that you all have a favourite genre and want to help you build that particular community. Sports fans for example, can now enjoy discussions with each other on the various games of interest. Under "Decoders and Gadgets", a number of you requested that we add other decoders to the list. We heard you and have made the changes. :-) Together, we are determined to improve the experience! Keep them coming... you suggestions and constructive feedback is welcome!
