Hi Sifundile. You will need to provide case number for the stolen decoder from your local police station. Hand this in at a DStv service centre closest to you. The team should flag the decoder as missing and stop your services until you have purchased the additional decoder. If you have insurance, have a chat with the team for assistance with submitting a claim. They should replace you with the same decoder make and model.
