New Decoder activation help

Hi,

 

I purchased a new decoder (6S) and I am trying to activate it. 

 

I have linked the new decoder to my DSTV profile online but it shows as Inactive.

 

SerNo: S0404299894

IUC/SC:7035846238

 

My old decoder is the silver model (with smart card).

 

Please advise on what you require to assist.
