Good day MC / DSTV team.
This just is not acceptable!
Month after month we (MC customers), must ask for the channel highlights.
We should be getting this each month, at least a week before the next month.
The people running this forum, are getting paid to do this. So we as customers are rightfully expecting service from you. Otherwise we must go to your management, and get this unacceptable service sorted out.
Please get this sorted ASAP!!
Hi MC friends
Just a friendly reminder that these Highlights are due in less than a week and I'm confident that you will not allow them to be late like last month and I know you would rather have us happy and grateful, than bitter and disgruntled.
Here's hoping that work has already begun on the Highlights and they will be full of wonderful new and returning series and content that will have us smiling and feeling all warm and fuzzy inside towards DSTV and our MC friends.
