Sad but not unexpected. It was a miracle that we received two never-before (yet still ancient) seasons almost in a row. At the end of season 9 they only showed a couple of repeated episodes before season 10 started  - let's hope something similar happens this time. @Cya_DStv1 - can you please follow up when the next never-before-seen season of Pointless might be shown?

And whats more because it has now been recorded if it is repeated in the right sequince the decoder will skip the recording

Thank you for confirming - very strange scheduling - makes no sense whatsoever. If, for some reason, episode 6 could not be shown locally they should just have skipped over it and aired episode 7 on Monday....  Now the contestant continuity will be out of sync again when episode 54 is eventually skipped (which I assume will be the case) - not that it is the end of he world for this type of program - it's just not ideal.

No it is not E6 mis numbered. Completely differed contestants. None of the returning couples from E5 e

We have not yet watched it either Krugie. We normally record it because it clashes with some of our other regular programs. It clashes most of the time with other recordings so it records only the next day. E54 recorded this morning.

I saw that over the weekend and forgot to query it. I'm almost convinced the episode was mis-labelled and was actually E06? We went 1 to 5, then 54, then 7 to 10. I haven't watched it yet - were there any contestants from episode 5 or were all/unknown?

Jumping around From E5 to E54 last night instead of E6 and tonight will be E7...... No E6

It clashed with other recordings so rescheduled it for this morning. It did record before the forced updated was done so will watch it later tonight.
