Cant remove old decoder and smart card from my Account
I had an old PVR and the hardisk crashed. I am trying to remove the PVR as well as the sc from my account since October 2019. It started wit the the selfhelp disconnect at 28 October and then that did not work.
Phoned call centre and they said it will work, but I have to wait for the 28 Nov 2019. Then this did not work, I phoned again and got escalated and spoke to supervisors that promised to phone back, but no luck. Can somebody please help me?
