Thanks, I tried that last night but to no avail. I did not log out / in this morning, but went into my DSTV profile and because I have 2x Decoders (Extra view configuration), one Smartcard was not "Linked". I linked it and went in App and could start watching.....not sure if this was the solution.
Hi, since yesterday I am unable to view or download any program on Dstv Now app. Only message i get is "Video Playback Error"...Live TV and Catch Up is currently only available to Dstv subscribers. If you qualify please check that your smartcard or customer number is linked to your profile.
My profile is linked, always has been, up until yesterday. I have logged out my profile and logged in again, with same error, so not sure what else to do?
