This is so typical! Previous WV arrangements are NOT completely dismantled before the new decoders are paired. It can take weeks to fix IF left in the hands of the ordinary call centre personnel. It takes an expert to sort out.

Part of the problem may well be them overlooking the discontinuation of that service option on the older setup.
Or, it's a faulty new unit.
Thanks, the guy I spoke to technician I spoke to said that, there was an error when the Xtraview was disabled.
Half an hour later and the decoder is working as it should be

Thanks, I'll be sure to do that.
Previous set up was an Explora 1 and an HD PVR. Waiting on the second decoder to arrive.

Hello everyone, yesterday we installed a brand new Explora 3A after our previous setup was destroyed by a thunderstorm.
This brand new decoder will not pause or rewind live TV, I've tried using the old remote (legacy setting enabled) and rebooting the decoder with no success.
The decoder has the latest firmware installed. Any help would be appreciated.
