I'm a premium subscriber but only seeing 5 channels on the dstv now app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, also signing out and back in again. Please fix asap.

I am having the same problem as many people regarding the DSTV now app.
I am a premium customer and my channels have stopped working. I can not watch anything.
It says ‘we are sorry we have a problem loading your shows’ when o try use catch up.
The only available channels are 100 and 180.
I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app about a dozen times but the problem still remains.
Nope, no errors. The channels do not existing on the app anymore. You can't find them. How long is this going to take to resolve? I have been back and forth with DSTV since Saturday last week. Tomorrow its a week later yet still no sign of resolving... Any idea how/when? #AVeryAnnoyedDSTVClient
