My Explora is connected and all options including remote recording are green ticked.
I log into guide.dstv.com on my Windows 10 PC with v fast internet connection.
When i select a program to record, the "Record on Explora" is greyed out and says "Get connected". see the image
I am connected and logged in, so what is the problem?
