Take my money NetFlix, (and you Amazon), (and you YouTube!) and thank you all for supplying me with a feast of 4K content for under one third, combined, of the price of a premium DSTV subscription. I would have given that and more to MultiChoice for 4K, but they don't want my money.
Ensure you are using the ID number of the same person that DSTV is registred with.

switch off the decoder, extract SC, clean with alcohol or meths, dry off, reinsert in the decoder, and reboot.

(Edited a couple of times to correct small mistakes, now done.)   I'm pretty sure it's not allowed MC, since when are you allowed to offer anything completely free??   Years ago I discovered that a Christian channel, I think it was the same "341 Faith" as in this case, was usually left open for access so that ANY smartcard can access it, even if the smartcard isn't in use for any subscription. It was reported by me as a fault, at least half a dozen times over a couple of years. Each time it got fixed, then the situation kept reappearing months later. Last time it looked like it was properly "fixed".   Now I know it's intentional - last night I found similar, but now it's restricted to certain hours (when the channel is advertising books for sale in this case...), like a kind of "open time", and they use a special version of the standard E29 code to allow access, again for even inactive smartcards!   Are you licenced to do this MC?? Are you profiting here re the sales content, so making sneaky exceptions? Or is it perhaps one or a bunch of rogue employees with an agenda? And is this not very dangerous for your neutral standing in a country where ALL religions are of value, and none given priority over others as in our country's past?   I'm not looking to hammer you MC, but some of your behaviour is disgusting and your public is sick of it, and the completely transparent efforts you make to "repair" your image when you have no desire to actually change what's wrong in too many cases! But don't worry, some secrets will remain so as I won't sink to your level.

Back story...I got a new cellphone. De-linked my old cell and installed the app on my new phoneS10+). Since the beginning of May I'm having de-register issues with my app. When I open my app i get another device is using the same details error. I do the live chat thing and they de-register some other user and register my device...then 2-3 days later I have the same issue...We do the same song and dance and I get promised it's sorted and won't happen again, but then it happens again. For some reason there is a strange email linked to my app/devices on your system. That is/was/never has been a email I used. It was supposibly removed a 3rd time, but the same email gets linked somehow to my device. I have changed the password for the app/via browser, but still iut happens....How can this be sorted out permanently??????????????

Thurs. 23rd was never fixed properly, if you do manage to load it it's still missing any details for channels like 104, 108, 121, 123...   BTW MC, the 23rd is... tomorrow.
