And BTW, while I was busy with my card swap, I tried to use the dstv.com self service interfaces, and was bitterly disappointed with the so called on line chat service that was supposed to be available. Firstly it did not work, or respond, probably because the code does not work when used with MS Edge as your browser, BUT far more irritating is that it impacted negatively on the self service functionality which should have at least allowed me to check what the status was. Ended up having to make numerous call centre calls instead.
